Being developed with Austin-based real estate developer Endeavor Real Estate Group and designed by Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, BCS took on the task of helping to transform five blocks of east downtown Austin. BCS was tasked with laying the foundation and structure of more than 150,000 square feet of office space and parking garages.

Of the 5 city blocks that the building would cover, BCS’s crew completed 2 full blocks, including the beautiful feature building bordering the I-35 access road between 4th and 5th Street, which is home to the new Target and Whole Foods store. BCS’s work on block 1, where the feature building was planned, included an entire 80,000 SF footprint and consisted of 12 levels of various SFage. BCS also worked carefully on block 4, which was made of 3 levels with a 48,000 SF footprint. With BCS’s part completed, the project is expected to be finished by 2022.
