With a growing demand for office spaces in Northwest Austin, BCS was asked to help construct a 4 level tilt-wall structure for the area, which included around 40,000 square feet footprint. Four Points is located at the intersection of FM 620 and RM 2222, two very prominent Austin roadways. The building would also include a 5 level precast parking garage and is situated snuggly away from the hustle and bustle of the city, providing the community with a sense of peace.

And with our partners from White Construction Company, BCS was tasked with creating exposed concrete architectural columns in the lobby and an architecturally exposed concrete amenity deck at the back of the building. The BCS crew got to work with formwork, placement, and mounting the architectural columns with a sturdy cement mixture reinforced with the best materials for the job. And for the deck, the team created a beautiful outdoor area and implemented solutions to any problems that could arise in the future, such as piping for landscaping. With the success of the project, Four Points is ready to help the community grow.
