David Penney

David was born and raised in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. Here, he attended Weber State College and The University of Utah. After graduation, David got to Texas as fast as he could and has been in the Central Texas area since. To date David has over 40 years of commercial construction experience.

David is the senior estimator at BCS. Some notable projects he has estimated and been awarded are Scott & White Marble Falls, Pflugerville and Round Rock Hospitals, Belmont Village Westlake, the Archer Hotel, 801 Barton Springs, Aspen West, The Tyndall, Plaza Saltillo, 300 Colorado, and 2400 Seton.

Outside of work, David enjoys fishing, hiking, skiing, and grilling. He loves traveling to wilderness destinations and playing with the grandkids.
