General Superintendent
Rafael Lopez
Rafael is from Muzquiz, Coahuilla, Mexico and has been in construction since February of 1998. Rafa started work in the concrete construction industry as a laborer where he decided he wanted to turn it into a career. He progressed very quickly through the ranks into a superintendent role. As a superintendent, Rafa has traveled across Texas and the United States to run work. He has been with BCS since 2012 and has been on some of the most successful jobs in the company’s history.
Rafa loves working in concrete construction because of the continuous change in the job. He likes the challenge of working on different styles of buildings and the different personalities that come with each project team. He is one of the best communicators that BCS has in the field, and one of our client’s favorites to team up with.
Outside of work, Rafa loves to be outdoors. You will be hard pressed to find someone that enjoys fishing more than Rafa. He is also a family man, and loves spending time with his wife, kids, and extended family.
