Matt Holland

Matt is an Estimator at BCS Concrete with a background in construction management and field leadership across multiple trades. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with a Minor in Business Administration from Texas State University in San Marcos.

Prior to joining BCS Concrete, Matt worked as a Superintendent for a leading commercial landscape company, managing projects in Austin and San Antonio.

Born and raised in Rockwall, Texas, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children. Their favorite getaways include the family farm near Stephenville and trips to the Texas coast, where they enjoy fishing and time with family.
