Joel Garcia

Joel Garcia has been involved in the construction industry for 30 years. Starting in the field as a carpenter, Joel quickly moved up in rank through hard work and exemplary knowledge of construction practices. He went to work for Constructors and Associates in 1997 where he and Sonny originally teamed up.

After 7 years, Joel and Sonny decided to leave Constructors and Associates together to found BCS Concrete Structures. Since BCS was founded, Joel has been responsible for all field operations. His wealth of knowledge of building has trickled down to through all of BCS’s superintendents and separated many field operations from the competition.
