Joseph is an energetic project manager that has a lot of experience in concrete construction for his short career. Born and raised in Austin, Texas, he found his way back home after graduation from Texas Christian University with a double degree in Business and GIS in 2016. He began his work in the industry hands-on in the field as a framing foreman for elevated concrete structures, and as a field engineer for heavy civil construction. This experience has provided him with exceptional knowledge of the flow of all construction projects.
Joseph has extensive knowledge in elevated work and with all formwork systems. He is fluent in both English and Spanish which helps with communication on and off the job site. With great written, personal and business skills, Joseph is a valuable asset to BCS that is willing and motivated to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Outside of work, you can find Joseph traveling the country fishing in bass tournaments, fly fishing in the mountains and at the coast, chasing animals with his bow, or skiing powder runs in the Rocky Mountains.
