Leonel Perez
Leo was born in Luvianos, Mexico, and started working with his father as a laborer in 2005 at the age of 15. He has worked his way up through the ranks as a carpenter, lead man, foreman and superintendent to get to where he is today.
In Leo’s career since 2005, he has experienced, and led, all types of concrete construction, including foundations, tilt walls, precast, and elevated cast-in-place. Since stepping into a general superintendent position, Leo has been overseeing upwards of 10 jobs at any given time.
Not only is Leo a great leader in the field, but he is also a great leader at home. Leo is the father of 6 children and a loving husband to his wife. Leo is also bilingual in both English and Spanish.
In his personal time, Leo likes going to the beach, hiking, and spending time outdoors with his family.
