This corporate office is the site of one of BCS’s projects located on East Sixth Street. This 115,000 SF development project sits in the middle of a trendy commercial location, with food and entertainment only a short walk away. It will offer spacious, leasable office space over 3 levels and 4 levels of parking for a variety of businesses.

In partnership with the Beck Group, BCS’s job was to construct detailed and structurally sound exposed architectural columns at the main entrance of the building, and other exposed concrete elements located in various places throughout the building. Since columns provide additional support to the building, the BCS team created concrete structures that would last. After forming and pouring the cement into the column forms, BCS mounted the pieces together and placed them around the property, giving the building a more modern and trendy touch.
