Waterloo Tower

Waterloo is a 30-story, cast-in-place parking and residential structure located in the heart of West Campus, adjacent to the University of Texas at Austin. The building consists of 5 levels of parking, 24 residential levels, a rooftop with a pool, and a high roof. This venture with JE Dunn for Lincoln Ventures will be the tallest building in the west campus area by almost 100 feet. 2400 Seton will top out in June of 2021 with a move-in ready date for UT students of Fall, 2022.
