The new Belmont Village Westlake is an assisted living facility on Belmont Village Lakeway, at 107 Bella Montagna Cir. The 130,000-SF facility boasts 156 rooms, an impressive number of charming senior residences. 48 of them are devoted to independent living, 55 to assisted living, and 26 rooms to memory care.

BCS partnered with White Construction Company to finish their project, which consisted of constructing 5 elevated levels of 45,000 SF each, creating a specific concrete mixture that would hold through storms and any other elements. BCS also worked on the foundational wall, splitting level 1 into 2 two separate sections. This ensured the stability of the level. The rustic, Mediterranean-style facility has now been home to the Lakeway community members since 2018.
