As part of the Capitol Complex Master Plan, this 17-story, the cast-in-place commercial office will serve as the northern gateway to the Capitol Complex. Located at 1601 Congress Avenue, the 12 levels of office space and 5 levels of underground parking contain over 29,000 cubic yards of concrete and will house multiple state agencies. Working in conjunction with White Construction Company, Balfour Beatty, and Kirksey Architecture, these State Offices will open in the Summer of 2022.
