The Austin Tyndall Condos sit near the I-35 at 800 Embassy Drive and Robertson Hill. The mid-rise apartment building includes 182 units for sale. At 23,000 SF, the building offers a variety of features and amenities, such as a pool and deck where dwellers and visitors can relax and take in the city’s view.

BCS was chosen to help build the Tyndall Condos, designed by Humphreys & Partners Architects and developed by Momark Development, which was set to open in 2018. Construction of the structure began with the crew being challenged to create the apartments on a site that already had a significant slope. The team powered through and built structural concrete foundations that held the strength and quality of all BCS’s projects. Satisfied with their work, BCS went on to build a gorgeous complex for families to enjoy for years and years to come.
