American Constructors Recognizes Subcontractor Contributions to Dripping Springs ES#6

On March 13, American Constructors hosted a BBQ lunch for more than 200 subcontractors who have been working on the new Elementary School in Dripping Springs.

Dripping Springs Elementary School #6 is the newest school in the district, located in the Headwaters Subdivision nestled in the hill country topography.  The BCS Team responsible for bidding and building the school includes Senior Project Manager Sam Ibrahim, Project Manager Rachel Behne, Assistant PM Rami Ibrahim, General Superintendent Leonel Perez, Superintendent Eric Izeta and Safety Manager Armando.

According to Sam Ibrahim, “This has been an architecturally demanding project and BCS has been up to the task.  The combination of form liner and thin brick inlay and the sheer magnitude of the lay out of the panels has been challenging and required substantial manpower.  American Constructors has been more than happy as the panels were erected.  The whole building seemed to come together as designed.”

Daniel Lind, Project Manager for American Constructors said “BCS has been a leader amongst the subcontractors on this project.”  The remainder of the project for BCS will last until June or July with the school scheduled to open in August.
