BCS has started to ramp up hiring with several new jobs starting in the next month. New Hires spend their first two days at the BCS office, watching safety orientation videos, completing the OSHA 10 Hour Construction Safety Training and learning about Fall Protection. Based on our strong partnership with Falltech, we continue to strive to be Best in Class in Commercial Concrete in Central Texas. Having new hires practice donning harnesses and using Self-Retracting Lifelines (YoYos) is practical training which compliments the OSHA Rules that they learn in class.
