The BCS Team (Cesar Hernandez, Project Manager, Leonel Perez, General Superintendent and Jesse Perez, Superintendent) have joined Houston-based Teal Construction to collaborate on the new Ford dealership off SH 71 West out towards Bee Cave.
According to PM Cesar Hernandez, “This is a challenging project, and it must overcome unique circumstances. More specifically, we are currently building on the side of a hill and due to the obstacles on site there is zero to no room for placing the casting beds outside of the slab.
Hernandez is confident in his field leaders and says that they have overcome similar issues on previous tilt walls and will deliver the project on time as usual.
Leif Johnson Ford is scheduled to open in December of 2025.
