Dripping Springs ISD’s sixth elementary school will be built in the Headwaters neighborhood. The campus, situated on 64 acres on the west side of the neighborhood off Mira Vista Dr., will accommodate 850 students from grades PK-5. Construction began in early June and the school is projected to open for the 2025-26 school year.
Senior Project Manager, Sam Ibrahim, said “BCS continues to partner with American Constructors after having recently completed 1111 West 6th Street project. BCS also built the Dripping Springs High School partnering with American Constructors about 15 years ago.”
The American Constructor’s team includes: Project Manager X and Superintendent Y, BCS has Assistant PM Rachel Behne, General Superintendent Leo Perez, Superintendent Eric Izeta and Site Safety Manager Armando Gonzalez as their on-site leadership team.
“This project is an interesting project for us because it combines tilt up construction with insulated panels and form liner and thin-brick architectural finishes. BCS will complete its’ scope by the end of 2024, Ibrahim said.
