BCS conducts bi-monthly operator training led by BCS partner White Construction’s Corporate Safety Director, Mark Alvarez. Alvarez, a Genie Certified Master Trainer, provides operators with classroom training and practical training on Skid steers, Mini-Excavators, Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, and Rough Terrain Fork Lifts for BCS. While OSHA and equipment manufacturers only require operator training every three years, BCS is requiring operators to participate in annual recertification. This is just another example of how BCS goes above and beyond its’ competition to stay Best in Class in Commercial Concrete in Central Texas.
