BCS is pleased to announce the hiring of Matt Badowski as their new Chief Estimator. Matt will work closely with the BCS Estimating team and bring his 20 plus years of commercial pre-construction and estimating to the BCS estimating team. Matt has worked with BCS since its inception from the GC side and is highly regarded.
Matt is excited to enter the subcontractor world. He likes being involved with a project from the beginning to help with cost control and scheduling. Matt has hit the ground running and is working closely with Senior Estimator David Penney to transition to the team’s leadership role.
Matt sees BCS moving into the San Antonio market soon and is leveraging many of his GC relationships to make this happen.
He will also oversee growing and developing the BCS Estimating team. Since his arrival he has been encouraged by the stability of pricing in Central Texas. Matt is always available to provide cost forecasting for any potential project.
