McCoy’s retreat is a 10,000 square ft. slab on metal deck building with a crawl space and multiple architectural finishes. For example, board formed, structural fireplaces, exterior crawl space, banco courtyard seating. The project also includes 70,000 sq. ft of paving and 5,700 sq. ft of sidewalk and a sandblasted finish on a screened porch.
The BCS team for this project is Project Manager, Rachel Behne, General Superintendent Rafael Lopez, Superintendent, Javier Grimaldo. Project start is June 10 and scheduled completion date is December 6. BCS is looking forward to working with General Contractor Hill and Wilkinson again.
