Fall Training Season at BCS

Along with the cooler temperatures in Texas in September comes more training at BCS.  The summer heat makes training less than ideal so we typically reduce our training to our only client-required training in June, July and August.  Now that fall is here, BCS offers multiple trainings each week including, OSHA 10 and 30 Hour, Rigger Training, Confined Space, Fall Protection, First Aid CPR.  The first of these classes was Forklift Operator training conducted by White Construction’s Corporate Safety Director, Mark Alvarez.

“Everyone needs to be reminded about Forklift Safety” said Alvarez.  Sometimes we develop bad habits, forget the correct procedures or just get distracted and then safety is compromised.  My role is reinforce what the operator already knows and answer any questions that they may have.”
