BCS Recognizes Family Support at Annual Christmas Party

As 2025 ends, BCS Executives celebrated the success of the BCS team with about forty of their leaders from the field and office.  The spirit was to extend heartfelt gratitude to each member of the team and recognize the commitment to excellence that they have demonstrated throughout the year.  This included a second consecutive year of no OSHA recordable incidents and further validation of the BCS Best In Class Safety Program.

The evening featured special recognition for the wives and families of BCS employees whose unwavering support and sacrifices come with being part of the commercial construction industry.  Working at 2 a.m. and on weekends is the normal routine for a commercial concrete subcontractor and support and encouragement from family make all of this possible.
