BCS and White Construction are building Billion to One’s (a next generation molecular diagnostics company) expansion to Austin, for owner Tarleton Properties.
The new facility, approximately 220,000 square feet, will meet the strict requirements of being a CLIA-certified facility under the Public Health Act. Billion To One’s Austin facility will be completed in 2026, and when fully staffed will employ more than 1,000 employees.
The project feature X panels and which are being installed by trade partners TNT and Comal County Erectors and it features the BCS team of Project Manager Reed Boyd, General Superintendent Carlos Garcia and Superintendent Jose Salvador Rodriguez.
