This month, we are featuring Rami Ibrahim, our Superintendent for Rebar Furnishing and Installation. Since joining the team in November 2024, Rami has brought incredible energy, leadership, and a passion for working with our 30 rodbusters.
From Lebanon to the Jobsite
Rami’s journey to the construction industry is unique. Raised in Lebanon, he would go to jobsites with his father starting when he was six years old. He earned a degree from the University of Balamand, in Koura, Lebanon, in Business Management and Marketing. However, his true calling was construction. Inspired by his family, including his uncle Sam Ibrahim, a Senior Project Manager for BCS, Rami moved to the United States with his family to pursue his dream of becoming a builder.
Driven by Deadlines
If you have worked with Rami, you know he thrives where the stakes are highest. He openly admits that he loves the pressure of tight deadlines and the satisfaction of pushing a project across the finish line. He hates wasting time. His business background combined with his competitive drive makes him a natural leader in the field. Before managing rebar installation for BCS, Rami spent time controlling the dance floor as a DJ—a role that undoubtedly prepared him for managing the fast-paced, high-energy environment of a construction site.
Outside the Hard Hat
When he is not coordinating rebar installations, Rami stays highly active and enjoys the outdoors. Here are a few quick facts about our spotlight employee:
- Outdoor Sports: He is an avid bird hunter, scouting and loves hitting the slopes for skiing.
- Favorite Foods: He has fully embraced American culture with a deep love for Texas BBQ.
- Celebrity Crush: Sydney Sweeney
- Global Football: He is a passionate soccer fan.
- Future Goals: His bucket list includes traveling to Russia, eventually marrying an Argentinian woman and building “The Ibrahim Tower.”
