Preparations are officially underway for the 6th Annual BCS Safety Rodeo, our highly anticipated signature event dedicated to reinforcing safety excellence across all of our project teams. Scheduled for December 11, 2026 at the BCS Office located in Mustang Ridge, TX at 7 a.m.

To deliver a premier, comprehensive learning experience, this year’s rodeo leverages the diverse knowledge of both our internal leadership and top-tier industry professionals. Attendees will benefit from:
- In-House Leadership: Veteran BCS safety managers, superintendents and project managers will lead tailored reviews on company-specific policies and protocols, drawing from real-world field data.
- Outside Specialists: Certified external instructors will conduct advanced technical training, bringing fresh insights and independent assessments to our field operations.
This dual approach ensures our workforce stays exceptionally sharp, deeply educated, and ready to prevent workplace hazards before they happen.
The Perfect Blend of Safety and Operational Mastery

The Safety Rodeo provides a dynamic, hands-on environment where our team members don’t just review guidelines—they actively demonstrate how elite operational skills keep everyone safe on the job site. From navigating heavy machinery safely through tight workspaces to mastering everyday field maneuvers, the competitive events highlight the flawless intersection of craftsmanship and risk mitigation. This year’s eight stations include: Scaffold Safety, Carpentry, Ladder Safety, Tilt Wall Safety, Bosch Tools, Alsina and Silica Control, Place and Finish Safety and Wall Form Safety. The event culminates with a forklift operator competition sponsored by Opifex.
