BCS Partners with John King Construction on Two Major New Projects

BCS is proud to announce that we have been awarded two new construction projects in partnership with John King Construction: the Horseshoe Bay Resort expansion and West Lake Fire Station #5. These wins follow our successful completion of a ground-up development consisting of a 71,346 SF, four-story Class A office building, 6- Story Parking Garage, Jack Allen’s Restaurant, and an extensive site work package, strengthening our valued relationship with the King Construction team.

“We love working with King Construction because they are fair, honest, and treat everyone on the project well,” says Reed Boyd, Senior Project Manager at BCS.

Expanding Horseshoe Bay Resort

Construction begins later this summer on a new $4.5 million racquet club within the luxurious, 7,000-acre lakeside community located in Llano County near Marble Falls. The new facility will span 7,000 square feet on the scenic shores of Lake Lyndon B. Johnson and is scheduled to open next year.

Breaking Ground on West Lake Fire Station #5

Also kicking off late this summer is the West Lake Fire Station #5 project, located at 414 St. Stephens School Road in Austin. This brand-new, 15,174-square-foot facility will require extensive specialized work. BCS will handle everything from foundational site work to concrete paving.

We look forward to bringing these two exciting projects to life alongside John King Construction!
