- Rigorous Pre-Trip Inspections: Ensuring brakes, cargo tie-downs, and fluid levels meet strict Texas Department of Transportation (DOT) standards before rubber hits the road. In fact, during a recent Texas DOT inspection, we received a perfect score of 100!
- Defensive Driving Mastery: Adapting seamlessly to severe weather, tight jobsite turning radiuses, and unpredictable motorist behavior. Vehicle Fleet Manager Larry Thomas also delivers Smith Driving System training, so our CDL drivers have ongoing training from a professional trainer.
- Precision Load Securing: Verifying that heavy equipment and raw supplies are anchored perfectly to eliminate transit shifts.
- Proactive Site Hazards Evaluation: Collaborating closely with our Superintendents to identify safe unloading zones before any deliveries are made.
